The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • Services Provided
    We will perform the cleaning tasks as scheduled. We have a 2hour minimum. Please note that we provide you with an estimate before we start to clean. If the amount of time needed to clean your home differs significantly from the estimate, then an adjustment of the price will be necessary. Also, if the conditions in your home change, a price or service revision will be necessary
  • Add-On Services
    We are happy to provide you with additional services (i.e. cleaning the inside of the Oven/ Refrigerator/Cupboards/Polish). Additional tasks need to be requested in advance, so we can schedule the additional time. Additional fees are incurred when additional services are needed.
  • Pets and Plants:
    We are pet friendly but appreciate your help in making sure pets are secured and safe on cleaning days. We should be made aware of any special requirements in safeguarding your pets.
  • Valuables
    All valuables i.e. money /jewelries/important documents, etc, must be placed, under lock and key. Fammass Cleaning will not be responsible for any loss of the valuables and client would not take any legal action or whatsoever against Fammass Cleaning for loss or damages
  • Arrival times
    Due to the time constraints, unpredictable nature of cleaning, we cannot guarantee the exact time of arrival. We can give you an estimated block of time to expect arrival; however, we reserve the right to arrive earlier or later than the estimated arrival time due to circumstances beyond our control such as traffic conditions, etc. Please be aware that if your appointment is at 1300 hrs and you are 15 minutes late, the clock starts at 1300 hrs and you will lose those 15 minutes. In most cases the crew has another appointment and has to stay on schedule.
  • Safety
    We value our employees and take their safety very seriously and other considerations we do not offer the following: X Lifting items weighing over 20kg (including large furniture) X Dusting and/or vacuuming of ceilings / windows / surfaces outside of normal reach X Cleaning outside of windows X Cleaning pet messes and/or heavily soiled areas X Cleaning of mold and/or bio hazardous material X Steam cleaning and Carpet Cleaning X Deep-Stain Cleaning X Landscaping and/or Yardwork X Garages and/or patios (aside from basic cleaning) X Extermination (insects, etc.)
  • Payment for Services
    Full Payment must be made of first visit of every month by cash, Bank-in or cheque only. All cheque payment must be crossed and made payable to “Fammass Solutions Sdn Bhd “If payment via bank-in/internet transfer, please provide us a copy on the bank slip as reference
  • Must I be at home when you clean my house
    It's your choice, but giving us ready access to your home on your day of service is important. Many of our customers prefer to give us a key. Others leave a key in a safe place or provide codes for the garage and/or alarm system. Should you choose to give us a key, it will be stored in a locked key storage device to which only our managers have access. The key is issued to the cleaning team leader on the day of your clean. The team leader returns the key at the end of the day and management returns it to the secured container
  • Do i need to do anything before the cleaners arrived
    The cleaning service from Fammass Cleaning Team is here to help. To allow us to be most efficient, it is helpful if you pick up toys, laundry, household items, and clutter before the team arrives. This allows us to move through your home more quickly, which can lessen the cost. Leave fresh linens out so we can change the bedding and towels. And put away any important documents and valuables. No worries though, we’re ready to tackle messes, and will neatly pile and arrange any items left on floors or furniture.
  • Postpone / rearrange a scheduled cleaning
    If you need to cancel / rearrange a scheduled cleaning, please notify Fammass Cleaning, not less than seven (07) days, prior to your scheduled day. This allows us, sufficient time to reschedule our crew with other clients. Less than seven (07) days’ notice or locked out, a cancellation fee of one (01) service will be charged. Respecting our policies for rescheduling or cancelling helps insure you will get the best house cleaning service possible. Please contact us, if you have any requests or concerns; as this will allow us to better address and resolve the issues. All the appointment must be completed on that month. Unlike the airlines, we do not overbook our schedule. Once we take your reservation, we hold that time spot open for you and turn away other potential customers in order to ensure your time frame
